Return Policy

We will gladly replace or offer you a full refund on any items damaged during shipping or shipped incorrectly within 21 days and any shipping cost will be bored by us. Please return the items in its original packaging and with all enclosed documents before we can process the returns.

Should you wish to return your purchases for any reasons, provided the items are unused and unopened in their original packaging, you may do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you minus the shipping costs.

Due to health and safety code, we do not replace or accept returns on skin care, nail care and cosmetic products once they are opened or used. However, we may do so on Jan Marini’s range of skin care products if bad reactions occur after used. Please accompany the return with a documentation of the bad reaction.

All seasonal, sales and promotional items are not returnable or replaceable except damaged during shipment or shipped incorrectly.

Please allow 7-14 days for all return processing and refunds will be credited to the accounts where your purchases are being paid.
